Beginner Class

Basic Fundamentals (Dribble, Pass, Shoot) Proper technique and fundamentals is essential into developing your game and becoming a true soccer player.  This class will teach dribbling with inside and outside of foot, proper trapping and passing form, along with proper shooting stance and position.
 

Intermediate Class

Intermediate Fundaments (Proper Defense, Intermediate Dribbline, Passing, and Shooting Techniques) Continued improvement and updgraded dribbling, passing, and shooting will be developed in this class. 

 

Advance Class

Advanced Fundamentals (This Class will cover advanced Dribbling, Passing, and Shooting techniques) Style of play, field positioning, one on one defending and overall development of a soccer player will be covered in this extensive session.  As the most advanced class, we will turn our focus towards individual weaknesses in the game and continue to build on the strenghts of each player.

 

Goalkeeper Class
This class is designed to teach goalkeeping fundamentals. It is very important at this position to have a good strong foundation so that the keeper can be allowed to grow with confidence and consistency.  Focus will be on the following:

• Basic ball handling and footwork

• Breakaway, positioning and focus

• Shot-stopping

• Diving techniques

• Distribution

• Angle coverage

• Agility and Alertness

 

Strength & Agility Training Class

Soccer Agility is the ability to change direction without the loss of balance, strength or speed. Agility and cordination can be taught to players and will help improve body alignment, reduce injuries and train muscles to fire and activate to perform the activities desired. The agility soccer drills in this class include all aspects of agility: Balance, Cordination, Programmed Agility and Random Agility (Unknown movement patterns, i.e Reaction).
